VINO SPUMANTE BRUT
It is obtained from hand gathered Passerina grapes which are fermented by Martinotti method.
It is straw yellow with some green highlights and it presents a small and long lasting perlage.
On the nose it presents fine tastes of yellow flowers and fruits notes as peach, pineapple and banana.
On the palate this wine is very well balanced, smooth and fresh with a fine saltiness sensation at the back.
This wine should be served during happy hour, seadfood plates and white meats.
It should be served at 8°C.
