COLLI MACERATESI RED DOC
Obtained mainly from hand-picked Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes. This wine, aged for 12 months in barrique, has a deep ruby red color with violet reflections, with a good consistency.
The nose is clear and intense in the fruity and spicy notes, from black cherries to licorice and pepper.
Enveloping to the taste , rich, with soft tannins, with a long and fruity finish.
Excellent with meat first courses, with vincisgrassi and with red meat dishes.
It is recommended to taste it at 16-18 ° C.
