BRUT ROSÈ SPARKLING WINE

From our red grapes Sangiovese Lacrima Nera, vinified in white and refermented with the Martinotti method, it presents a delicate soft pink with coppery reflections and a fine and creamy froth.

A delicate note of red fruits, raspberries, wild strawberries; a great balance and softness in the mouth with red fruits embellished with a delicate spiciness, give a fresh and fragrant finish, ideal to accompany pizza or fish appetizers.
We reccomend serving it at a temperature of 8°C.
