Obtained from Pecorino grapes.
Straw yellow, luminous. To the nose fine with floreal hints along with a fruity combination of pineapple, grapefruit and peach.
In the mouth, fresh, balanced, excellent substance, with the fruit that blends with the delicate minerality for a pleasantly persistent finish. Suitable for seafood starters and delicate meat dishes.
Good accompaniment for shrimp risotto.
Serve cool at 10 °C.
